Sometimes emergencies arise and plans change. We understand that. While planning a conference, it is important for us to know how many to plan for. As our conference approaches, we make contracts with the hotel, vendors, and speakers that we have to honor. With those things in mind, the following refund policy exists to both protect the conference from financial loss and deal with those changes that unexpectedly come up:
August 1 – September 30 – 75% refund
October 1 – October 31 – 50% refund
November 1 – No refund
Emergency circumstances are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
