How does the Digital Key work?
Download the Hilton Honors app on the App Store or Google Play. After you check in and choose your room on the app, you can opt to have a Digital Key to use during your stay. Once your room is ready on the day of your arrival, you’ll receive a push notification to your smartphone that the key has been delivered. It will then be available in your Hilton Honors app until you check out. From there, use it to open any door you’d normally access with a regular key. This includes your room, elevators, side doors, the fitness center and even the parking garage. To use the property, open the Hilton Honors app, and when you’re within a few feet of a door, simply push the button to unlock.
